The Brief
To create and launch a new digital Travel Trends report from the ground up, supported by a distinctive creative concept The Trends Lobby that could scale across 19 markets, channels and formats.

The campaign had to support large-scale earned media, with creative for a flagship UK media and industry event, a public-facing activation, and a high-impact New York OOH placement. It also needed to adapt easily and globally across press kits, digital channels and owned marketing, in time for the January peak booking period.

As producer, my role was to create the conditions for the creative team to do their best work. I acted as facilitator for the Creative Director and team, removing cross-team friction/noise and operational complexity so they could focus on developing the concept and craft.

I managed multiple external suppliers including Human Made as website infrastructure and engineering partner, Electric Studios as CGI production partner and Ilka Design Studio for design and editorial support.

By sitting at the intersection of Brand, PR, SEO, Integrated Marketing and external partners, I protected the teams' creative process while ensuring a seamless delivery of the vision behind The Trends Lobby across channels and global markets.

The Results

  • Enabled a globally consistent launch across 19 markets, through strong creative production and operational leadership

  • Scaled a single creative concept across global PR, SEO, Social and owned channels, driving record reach and coverage

  • Produced a globally scalable campaign delivering over 2k media hits and over 700m global reach, whilst supporting channel uplift across SEO and social

  • Creative production and operational leadership enabled Skyscanner's most impactful Travel Trends launch to date

  • Supported high-footfall activations reaching over 5k in-person visitors
